Our role
Louw Group has been appointed as the Development Manager, managing the entire Zuccoli Aspire development delivery including stage planning, approvals, subdivision design, delivery of multiple stages, titling and sales and marketing.
Services included
- Project Management of all design and construction activities to deliver the estate, including stakeholder engagement;
- Delivery of significant headworks infrastructure including high voltage distribution, pressuriser water mains and pressurised sewer mains; and
- Procurement and management of consultants, and contractors.
