Director
Hermanus is highly regarded for his leadership capabilities, his ability to form and lead strong, dynamic project teams, and his ‘can-do’ attitude in delivering a range of construction and property projects.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Hermanus has gained a reputation for professionalism, integrity and commitment through the successful delivery of projects in varying industry sectors throughout Australia, UK, Southern Africa, and the Middle East.
Prior to establishing the Louw Group, Hermanus undertook Development and Project Management roles for both developers and consulting firms, leading multi-disciplinary teams in projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded.
With a background in Engineering and Environmental Land Development, he has practical experience in all aspects of the project life-cycle. He is also experienced in setting up delivery frameworks for complex projects through adopting an integrated team approach to finding practical and cost-effective solutions. This approach builds enthusiasm, commitment and relationship capital within the project teams. Hermanus holds an MBA, and engineering degree and is certified under a number of project management and sustainability systems.

Leandre has previously worked on projects across Africa and Australia and has delivered multiple private and public sector projects.
