Description
Louw Group was appointed as Project Manager and Client’s Representative for the delivery of Lake 1 and the surrounding public open space within the Zuccoli Aspire estate. The project included construction of a major recreational lake, landscaped parklands and associated civil infrastructure forming a key feature of the master-planned community. Acting on behalf of the developer, Louw Group coordinated design development, procurement and construction delivery, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders. The role included oversight of programme, cost and quality, contract administration and approvals coordination to ensure the works were delivered in accordance with the approved design and the broader Zuccoli Aspire masterplan.
