Louw Group was appointed as Development Manager for the Zuccoli Aspire master-planned community, coordinating the planning, design, approvals and delivery of the estate across multiple development stages. Acting on behalf of the developer, Louw Group leads development strategy, staging and delivery planning, managing subdivision design, engineering documentation and statutory approvals. Services include procurement and management of consultants and contractors, coordination of major infrastructure and stakeholder engagement, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of subdivision stages including construction, titling and land release.
