Description
Fit-out and expansion of YWCA’s Palmerston office into an adjoining warm-shell tenancy, creating an integrated workplace environment that increased staff capacity, meeting facilities and operational flexibility.
The scope included detailed architectural planning, consultant coordination, landlord approvals, lease compliance and full construction documentation to support certification and delivery within an occupied commercial building. The design aligned the new tenancy with the existing office layout and services while maintaining programme certainty and minimising disruption during construction.
