Unilodge Casuarina

Louw Group was engaged to manage delivery of fire services upgrade works at UniLodge Casuarina following a fire risk assessment identifying critical upgrades required to improve the reliability of the building’s fire safety systems. The project involved coordination of specialist fire services works within an operational multi-storey student accommodation facility, including sprinkler upgrades to riser shafts, replacement of CPVC sprinkler pipework with metal pipe, EWIS reconfiguration, detector inspection and mechanical/fire interface modifications.

The works required careful staging to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining compliance, safety and continuity of building operations.
