Description
Led the strategic redevelopment planning for St Vincent de Paul NT’s major housing and service expansion program, integrating the proposed Transitional Accommodation Facility, relocation of Ozanam House services to Bakhita Centre, redevelopment of Ozanam House, and preparation of a five-year organisational growth strategy.
The engagement included business case development, prefeasibility assessment, governance planning, funding pathway analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery frameworks to position the organisation for Tier 2 Community Housing Provider registration and long-term housing growth in the Northern Territory.
