Description
Louw Group was engaged by St Vincent de Paul Society NT to coordinate key development inputs supporting its HAFF Round 2 funding submission for new affordable and social housing delivery across multiple Darwin sites. The commission involved preparing architectural yield studies, functional design briefs, site planning layouts and technical development inputs to demonstrate deliverability, compliance and housing capacity under Northern Territory planning controls. Louw Group also assisted in coordinating programme logic, risk planning, approval pathways and development packaging to strengthen the funding submission and support project readiness. The work focused on creating practical, buildable housing solutions aligned with affordability objectives, accessibility requirements and staged delivery capability.
