Acted as Project Manager for the upgrade of the Stuart Park Childcare Centre outdoor play café facility, leading option analysis, risk assessment, approvals review, contractor procurement and construction delivery.
The project involved evaluating multiple redevelopment pathways for a climate-controlled children’s dining facility, managing risks associated with an existing sewer easement encroachment, and delivering structural upgrades to improve cyclone resilience, amenity and year-round functionality while maintaining uninterrupted centre operations.
