Parkside Berrimah DCP

Parkside Berrimah transformed a previously stalled landholding into a successful 58-lot residential estate delivered during a period of acute land shortage across Greater Darwin, bringing new housing supply to market when it was critically needed.

A major project achievement was negotiating a development contribution framework with the Northern Territory Government that enabled future Boulter Road stormwater infrastructure to be brought forward and integrated into the project delivery model. This unlocked development feasibility, reduced immediate infrastructure burden on the estate, and effectively established a benchmark approach for adjoining developments within the broader Berrimah North Area Plan.

The project required close engagement with government agencies, City of Darwin, consultants and contractors to resolve planning constraints, drainage redesign, verge delivery strategy, titles, covenant controls and staged sales release. Strong market response saw more than half the estate committed early, confirming confidence in both product positioning and delivery execution.
