Parkside Berrimah

Parkside Berrimah delivered a 58-lot residential estate forming part of the broader Berrimah North Area Plan, with larger lot sizes, a central pocket park and integrated tropical streetscape outcomes. The project required complex negotiation with the Northern Territory Government to bring forward stormwater headworks under an infrastructure contribution arrangement, enabling redesign of drainage and unlocking development feasibility where earlier approvals had stalled. Delivery included full consultant coordination, contractor procurement, sales strategy, covenant administration, authority clearances, verge delivery negotiations with the City of Darwin and staged completion through to titles, handover and defect management.
