Description
Louw Group was engaged by the City of Darwin to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a staged upgrade to the Parap Village Shopping Centre and Market precinct. The project sought to revitalise a key inner-suburban activity centre through improved public realm design, pedestrian safety, shading, landscaping and long-term urban structure.
The commission included both short-term, deliverable public realm interventions and the preparation of a comprehensive long-term masterplan to guide future investment by Council and private stakeholders.
