Description
Prepared a full strategic review and business case for relocation of Ozanam House services, expansion of the Bakhita Centre, and redevelopment of the Ozanam House site into a mixed-use social and affordable housing project. The work included prefeasibility modelling, development scenarios, capital cost analysis, transitional accommodation planning, and a pathway for Tier 2 to Tier 1 community housing provider registration, creating a long-term platform for major growth in community housing delivery across the Northern Territory.
