Bid writing and preparation of a full Expression of Interest response for NT Government Tender T24-1612 to deliver health worker accommodation at Lee Point, combining architectural planning, financial feasibility and strategic project positioning.
The submission developed staged accommodation scenarios for up to 120 units integrated within the existing Club Tropical precinct, with supporting masterplanning, yield analysis, cost modelling and commercial response writing aligned to NT Government evaluation criteria.
