Description
Louw Group was appointed as Project Manager and Client’s Representative for the planning and delivery of the Millner Childcare Centre. The project involved the development of a new purpose-built childcare facility on Bagot Road, Millner. Acting on behalf of the client, Louw Group coordinated project inception, design development, statutory approvals, procurement and construction delivery. The project was delivered through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, progressing the design from approximately 50% completion to a fully documented construction package prior to entering into an AS4000 construction contract.
Louw Group managed consultant coordination, contractor procurement, programme, cost control and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
