Mercure Blocks 3,4,7

Mercure Blocks 3, 4 and 7 refurbishment formed part of the broader Darwin Airport Resort upgrade programme, delivering seventeen refurbished guest rooms and associated common areas aligned with previously completed accommodation blocks. The works included revised room layouts, façade upgrades, bathroom upgrades, new finishes, FF&E coordination, accessibility upgrades, laundry areas and external improvements, with detailed schedules prepared to align contractor pricing and delivery scope across all packages. The project progressed through concept design, 30%, 75% and IFC documentation, with additional tender clarifications and cost alignment issued during procurement to support staged construction delivery.
