Independent commissioning management for major defence infrastructure upgrades across the Larrakeyah Defence Precinct, including base entry precinct works, fuel systems, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and essential services infrastructure. The role included site witnessing, commissioning reviews, systems verification and handover support to ensure assets achieved operational readiness and complied with Defence commissioning and handover requirements.
