Description
Louw Group was appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent for the Jirribilyi Central development, a mixed-use community precinct in Borroloola, NT. The project includes residential accommodation, retail and commercial tenancies, community facilities, public ablutions, youth centre spaces, car parking and landscaped public open space. The development is intended to support economic activity and provide essential services within the township. Louw Group manages the project from feasibility and design coordination through to procurement and delivery, including consultant management, stakeholder engagement and oversight of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process to support efficient and coordinated project delivery.
