Louw Group was engaged to prepare architectural documentation for a residential extension and renovation to an existing dwelling in Humpty Doo, designed to improve bedroom amenity and functionality through the addition of a new side extension. The scope included a new walk-in robe and ensuite connected to the existing residence, with drawings prepared specifically for building certification and construction purposes. Documentation covered demolition requirements, floor layouts, elevations, sections, bathroom detailing and construction notes to support direct builder delivery. The design focused on achieving a practical extension that integrated efficiently with the existing house while providing a clear and buildable approval-ready documentation package.
