BUILDING DESIGN SERVICES

House Giles

Description

Louw Group was engaged to undertake the architectural design and documentation for additions and renovations to an existing residence in Larrakeyah, focused on improving functionality, internal flow and overall liveability while maintaining architectural consistency with the existing dwelling.

The project included a new rear extension to create a master ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, refurbishment of the existing main bathroom, enclosure of an external transition space to expand internal living areas, and a new front carport structure. The design response carefully integrated new works with the established dwelling through considered material selection, detailing and proportion, resulting in a cohesive residential outcome suited to long-term family use.
