Guido Zuccoli Park

Guido Zuccoli Park (Stage 4D2) forms a critical delivery package within Zuccoli Aspire, combining civil subdivision works, residential lot servicing and a major public park outcome including playground, waterplay and landscape infrastructure. The package was structured into three separable portions to align procurement, staging and handover requirements across civil and landscape disciplines.

The works include civil delivery of three residential lots, full underground services, roads, drainage, sewer, water, power and street lighting, together with delivery of a significant public open space including hard and soft landscaping, irrigation, play infrastructure and public amenities.

A key project achievement was the preparation of a fully amended AS4000 contract tailored specifically to subdivision delivery, including bespoke clauses for defects liability, authority handovers, provisional quantities, wet season programming, principal-supplied materials and staged practical completion. This established a robust commercial framework for delivery and risk allocation across multiple asset classes.

The project also required direct coordination of tendering, contractor engagement, authority interface management and programme control to maintain land release objectives and park delivery within the broader estate programme.
