Goodstart Early Learning Centre

Provided project management and contract advisory services during delivery of the new Goodstart Early Learning Centre at Charles Darwin University, supporting programme review, delay assessment, variation analysis and contract administration during a complex delivery period affected by latent asbestos contamination, utility coordination and design changes. The role included review of contractor claims, assessment of time and cost impacts, and management support through critical construction interfaces to protect project delivery outcomes.
