Description
Led the strategic scoping phase for the redevelopment of Darwin’s Civic Centre and surrounding civic precinct, including preparation of the full options paper, business case, internal stakeholder engagement process, and project delivery framework for a major civic redevelopment valued at approximately $30 million. The engagement assessed multiple redevelopment scenarios, defined project objectives, established governance structures, and developed procurement pathways including public-private partnership models to support future delivery of a new civic building, town hall, community facilities, library expansion, public realm integration, and commercial activation adjacent to the Tree of Knowledge precinct.
