Description
Appointed by Airport Development Group to provide superintendent and project management services for the redevelopment of Darwin International Airport’s short-term parking precinct, including major civil works, shade structures, terminal frontage landscaping, palm transplanting, pedestrian interface upgrades and live operational coordination within an active airport environment.
Services included contract administration, programme monitoring, authority coordination, contractor management and oversight of permits, management plans and staged delivery to maintain uninterrupted airport operations.
