Description
Louw Group was engaged by WT Partnership to provide local project support services during delivery of the AHPRA Darwin office fitout, undertaken during COVID-related travel restrictions when interstate consultants were unable to access site. The commission involved undertaking independent site inspections to verify the builder’s claimed progress against actual construction status, reviewing completed works against the schedule of rates, and providing photographic and written reporting to support WT Partnership’s progress claim assessment and payment recommendations.
The project required practical on-site judgement, rapid reporting turnaround, and clear communication to support contract administration and financial certification during live construction delivery.
