Louw Group was engaged by YWCA Australia to act as Superintendent for the delivery of minor upgrade works to a residential housing asset at 7 Tilston Avenue, Moulden, under a staged minor works contract delivered by Akron Group NT. The works comprised three coordinated packages including roof replacement works, garden remediation and internal refurbishment, undertaken to improve asset condition, safety and long-term durability of the dwelling. Louw Group administered the contract through staged inspections, monitoring workmanship, issuing instructions, assessing progress claims, preparing punch lists and certifying completion across each package, ensuring works were delivered in accordance with contract requirements and quality expectations.
