Description

Prepared a full pre-purchase technical assessment and business case for redevelopment of a 16,100m² flood-affected commercial site into a mixed-use community precinct comprising retail, commercial space, shop-top accommodation and public amenities.

The work included infrastructure capacity analysis, flood mitigation strategy, bulk earthworks modelling, financial feasibility and staged delivery scenarios, establishing a viable pathway for a $10M community-focused development supported by government grant funding.
