Description
Louw Group was engaged to undertake project feasibility, due diligence and development strategy for the proposed KOA & Malak Lifestyle Village in Marrara, Darwin. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing caravan park site into a masterplanned retirement lifestyle community comprising residential lots and communal facilities.
Louw Group coordinated masterplanning, infrastructure servicing investigations and feasibility modelling to assess the site’s development potential and inform acquisition and investment decisions. The work included preparation of a project feasibility model, infrastructure cost estimates, planning pathway advice and identification of project risks and opportunities.
