Description
Appointed to lead the early development phase for the redevelopment of 18 Geranium Street into an 11-lot strata residential infill project designed to create long-term rental income for the Diocese. Louw Group acted as Development Manager and Project Manager through feasibility refinement, concept planning, consultant coordination, authority engagement and preparation of the staged development approval pathway. The commission progressed to concept design and development approval strategy only, including unit title subdivision planning, servicing concepts, preliminary infrastructure layouts and project budgeting. No detailed design or construction delivery formed part of this phase.
