Description
Prepared an independent financial and operational review of the 39-unit Bernhard Street social housing complex to support renegotiation of lease terms with the Northern Territory Government. The work identified major structural losses caused by unbudgeted council rates, utility charges, maintenance liabilities and reduced occupancy, while setting out a revised operating model to secure long-term viability and protect continuation of essential tenancy support services for vulnerable residents.
